CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

  • Presenting Sponsor $10,000 – Full page ad inside front and back cover pages, or outside back page of the program (location based on availability at time of sponsor commitment), logo on event signage and sponsor loop, additional name and logo recognition in the event program and on VIE website for one year and 8 complimentary attendees. (Three available)

 

  • Forum Sponsor $7,500 – ½ page program ad, logo on event signage and sponsor loop, additional name and logo recognition in event program and on VIE website for one year and 6 complimentary attendees. (Unlimited)

 

  • Panel Sponsor $5,000 - ¼ page program ad, logo on event signage and sponsor loop, additional name and logo recognition in event program and on VIE website for one year and 4 complimentary attendees. (Unlimited)

 

  • Supporting Sponsor $2,500 – logo on event signage and sponsor loop, additional name recognition in program and on VIE website for one year, and 2 complimentary attendees. (Unlimited)

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

  • Breakfast or Lunch Sponsor $12,000 – signage prominently placed during meal service, emcee recognition during meal service, ½ page program ad, logo on event signage and sponsor loop, additional name and logo recognition in event program and on VIE website for one year and 6 complimentary attendees. (Three available)

 

  • Refreshment Break Sponsor $2,000 – signage prominently placed during meal service, logo on event signage and sponsor loop, additional name and logo recognition in event program and on VIE website for one year and 2 complimentary attendees. (Three available)
