The nomination period will open in the fall of 2026.
All nominations must be received before January 2, 2026. Recipient(s) will be selected and awards will be presented at the 2026 Leadership Forum.

If details are not known about the nominee, please provide what you know about the individual to clearly identify why you are nominating them for recognition. Self-nominations will not be considered.
